Hey you, I’m Catalina. Conscious Business Mentor, Registered Yoga Teacher & Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator.

When I left everything behind and moved to the US in 2011, I was stuck in a life that lacked purpose. I spent years in confusion, jumping from an abusive relationship to over-eating, drinking alcohol and partying every weekend. I was desperately looking for meaning and freedom.

I had my first spiritual awakening in 2015 when I left that abusive relationship & realized that I was the creator of my own life. In the past 8 years, I completely turned my life around, started my own business, traveled the world, and do what I love helping change the lives of hundreds of women.

I created a 6-figure soulful biz and now teach other conscious leaders how to create success on their own terms through intentional + aligned business practices.
