What is the location for the retreat?
The Medicine Woman Retreat is located in the magical Sacred Valley of Peru, just 45 minutes away from the historical city of Cusco, and 3 hours away from one of the Seven world wonders, Machu Picchu.
Our Home
Surrounded by mountains, ancestral ruins, rivers and local communities, our cozy eco-friendly lodge is fully equipped with a fire-place, garden, outdoor hot baths, and yoga + meditation temple.

Hey love, I’m Catalina!
Medicine Woman, Women’s Mentor and World Traveler. I love creating sacred spaces for beautiful souls to connect with their inner wisdom and manifest their dream lives. I am trained in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork and Trauma Healing, and have worked with 300+.students in the past 4 years.
I can’t wait to meet you in Peru and share sacred practices and teachings that will help guide all of us back home to our Hearts, Souls, and Mother Earth.

You will fly into Lima, Peru and take a 1-hour connection flight to Cusco, from there, we will arrange a private transportation to pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the lodge.

All of our meals are vegan/vegetarian friendly, we also have gluten free and dairy free options to make sure you are feeling your best!

Catalina and the Shaman, Hernan, will teach you about plant medicines and have a private conversation with you before the ceremony to make sure it’s a good fit. If you have more questions book an interview call click here

Yes, this retreat is only for those identified as women. If you or someone you know who are male identified are wanting to join one of Catalinas retreats, please check out her website for any upcoming events.
