What is Rebirthing Breathwork?

Last month, I graduated from a 400-hour Rebirthing Breathwork Certification with BreathTalks!

Since 2017, I have practiced many kinds of breathwork including: Pranayama, Ujjayi, Holotropic, Belly breathing, box breathing, the list goes on… but it wasn’t until I started practicing breathwork consistently that my life took a 180 degree turn.

Throughout the 4 month-long training, we were required to give and receive anywhere from 2-4 sessions per week, guided by experienced facilitators, so it was very intense, to say the least.

Breathing is the one thing we have access to for free, since the moment we are born.

Rebirthing Breathwork is a conscious connected breathing technique, that pulls us straight into the present moment, a place where we can enter altered states of consciousness and access information from our birth/childhood trauma, past-life memories, limiting beliefs, and more…

Most importantly, we can profoundly transform and rewire our state of being, which results in improved mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness by simply breathing and trusting the process.

I have seen GREAT miracles happen in my life:

  • I feel more present & connected

  • I can tap into my emotions and release them with ease

  • I’ve gained understanding from past lives and how they affect my present incarnation

  • Accessed repressed memories from childhood trauma and gently mended “fractured” parts of me

  • Reached “psychedelic” states of consciousness and connection with God

  • Experienced orgasmic sensations (of energy) running all over my body, almost as if I was getting a full-body energetic surgery.

The benefits of our breath are endless.

We don’t need to consume anything from the outside to reach states of profound healing and inner-awareness.

This is why I’m SO excited to be sharing this powerful tool inside my coaching containers.

I currently have 2 spots open for my 3-month 1:1 mentorship journey.

You can learn more about it here

Comment below: have you ever tried breathwork? what was your experience like?

With love,

Catalina
